Meet Rosie! This 8-month-old, 65-pound Great Pyrenees mix has a gentle heart, a playful spirit, and so much love waiting to be shared. Rosie can be a little timid when meeting new people, but with patience and kindness, she blossoms into an incredibly affectionate companion. Once she feels safe, Rosie loves nothing more than cuddling up with her people and soaking up all the love she can get. She absolutely adores other dogs and would thrive in a home with a confident canine companion to help show her the ropes and build her confidence. Having a dog friend by her side helps her feel comfortable and brings out her playful personality. Rosie is obsessed with toys, and you'll often find her snoozing in the cutest positions or snuggled up beside her favorite humans after playtime.

Rosie is looking for a patient family who will see past her timid first impression and give her the chance to show what an incredible dog she truly is. With a confident dog friend, a few toys, and lots of love, Rosie will blossom into the loyal, affectionate companion she's meant to be. We think she would do well with older children who understand the importance of letting a shy dog warm up at her own pace.
