Nero (BMSR)

Nero is a beautiful two-year-old long-coat German Shepherd with a heart full of love to give! Despite a rough start in life, he's a happy and goofy boy who truly cherishes every moment. He's affectionate, playful, and enjoys the company of other dogs, especially females, whom he approaches with respect. Nero knows his basic commands and walks nicely on a leash, and he absolutely loves car rides! He also enjoys his naps and spending time playing in the yard with his toys and balls.

Ideal Home

Nero would thrive in a home with an experienced handler who has prior German Shepherd ownership experience. He needs a securely fenced yard, and it's essential that he goes to a cat-free household due to his high prey drive.

Ongoing Health

Nero is neutered and up to date on all his vaccines. He has a history of pain and swelling, but this has been resolved with veterinary and chiropractic care.

Training & Support

Nero walks well on a leash and knows basic commands. He has a high prey drive, which is something to be mindful of in his new home.
