Meet Eclair! This 2-3 year old German Shepherd/Husky mix is a little gem, weighing in at a petite 37 pounds. Saved from a euthanasia list, Eclair was given a second chance and is now hoping to find the family she's always deserved. Once she learns to trust you, Eclair becomes incredibly affectionate, showering her favorite people with hugs, snuggles, and sweet morning cuddles. She thrives on companionship and is happiest simply being by your side, whether you're working from home or relaxing.

Training & Support

Eclair is exceptionally intelligent and highly food-motivated, making her a joy to train. She has been working with a professional trainer weekly and has shown wonderful progress. She knows how to focus on her handler and loves having a job to do. While she does well with other dogs, she can become overly excited and may nip during play. She can also be reactive on walks, but she's making great progress with positive management techniques. Her adopter should be committed to continuing her training to build her confidence. Eclair is crate trained and often chooses to relax in her crate when left alone.
