Lentil Lou is incredibly social and greets the world with pure happiness, always ready to make a new friend, whether they have two legs or four. She absolutely adores other dogs and lights up during playtime, bouncing around with playful enthusiasm and charming silliness that's impossible not to smile at. Lentil Lou brings laughter, affection, and nonstop cuteness wherever she goes, making her the perfect match for anyone looking for a fun-loving companion.
Ideal Home
Lentil Lou would thrive in a home with a semi-active family that enjoys neighborhood walks and is looking for a super affectionate girl. She would be happiest in a home with kids 12 and older. A backyard where she can stretch her legs and soak up the sunshine would be ideal. She would do great in a home with another playful dog but can also be your one and only.

Training & Support
Lentil Lou is a smart gal who is treat-motivated and eager to please. She already knows how to sit and walks fairly nicely on a leash, though she may pull occasionally out of excitement. She responds well to gentle reminders and is comfortable tandem walking with other dogs. She is crate trained and potty trained. With patience, consistency, and treats, training with Lentil will be a fun and rewarding bonding experience.

Our transport includes drop off locations in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI and Canada (pick up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). You will have the opportunity to track their journey in real time, see photo updates, learn fun facts, connect with fellow adopters and fosters through our private Facebook event page! A $87 surcharge applies due to rising transportation costs.
