If a lap isn't available, he'll gently try to hug you! He's known at the rescue for his gentle spirit and sweet puppy eyes. Teddy has been a hit at adoption events, basking in the attention and soliciting hugs and kisses from everyone. His signature move is holding up a paw while asking for pets – it's absolutely heart-melting! He's been around children at events and has shown himself to be very gentle and patient with them. Teddy Roo was rescued from the county shelter, where he was facing euthanasia due to overcrowding, despite being happy, healthy, and full of life. He had scars and wounds, indicating a difficult past, but he remains soft and lovable, a true survivor.

Teddy Roo is located in Houston, TX. Transport is included in the adoption fee and may include pickup locations in a nearby town or state. We coordinate with third-party ground transport services that operate weekly to Eastern states and bi-weekly or monthly to Western states from Texas to your state or a neighboring state. Adopters can track their dog's transport using the Life360 app and will receive updates.
