Meet Waffle!
Waffle is as comforting as his name suggests—a sweet, easygoing boy who's happiest when he's close to the ones he loves. Quiet most of the time, he occasionally lets out the cutest little howl just to remind everyone he's around! He adores his mama, patiently waits his turn at mealtime, and loves curling up with his stuffed animals before drifting off to sleep. His calm, affectionate personality makes him impossible not to love. Waffle's mom was a stray who found safety just in time to welcome her puppies into the world in their foster home in June 2026. She appears to be a Lab/Shepherd mix, while Waffle and his siblings are adorable mixed-breed puppies with unknown heritage. Like all young puppies, Waffle is still learning about the world and will need continued training, socialization, and positive reinforcement to grow into a wonderful adult dog.

Ongoing Health
Waffle will be current on all vaccinations, deworming, microchipped, and have a fecal analysis. He will also be current on flea and heartworm prevention. A health exam will be completed and a certificate issued by a veterinarian within 10 days of transport.
Training & Support
Waffle is still learning about the world and will need continued training, socialization, and positive reinforcement to grow into a wonderful adult dog.

- Applications start by contacting us through Wags.
- The adoption fee for out-of-state adoption is $200 plus a sponsored transport fee. This fee includes all current vaccinations, deworming, a registered microchip, fecal analysis, and a heartworm test if over 6 months old.
- All dogs will be current on flea/heartworm prevention.
- Adoptions are not on a first-come, first-served basis; our sole purpose is to find the best possible home for the animals.
Transporation
Waffle is currently being fostered in Fort Worth, Texas. He is available for transport to a predetermined location agreed upon by Wags. The adoption contract and fee are finalized prior to transport.
