Shasha Honey is a gorgeous girl with a smile that will melt your heart, and she knows exactly how to get the belly rubs she deserves! This playful pup is a true delight, balancing goofy antics with a loving and cuddly nature. She's equally happy wrestling with her dog pals, adventuring in the car, or napping by your side. Shasha is approximately 4 years old, weighs around 50 lbs, and is likely a German Shepherd mix, though her exact breed and age are a delightful mystery! She’s a versatile companion, calm yet quirky, and always ready for fun while also knowing when to relax.

Ideal Home

Shasha would thrive in a home with a yard where she can play, zoom, and soak up the sun. She's also done wonderfully with other dogs and would love a playful canine companion. While she showed initial curiosity towards cats, with proper introductions and management, she may adapt well to a home with feline friends. She has also been around a 6-year-old child and has proven to be gentle, affectionate, and loving, making her an excellent family dog.

Ongoing Health

Shasha is up-to-date on all vetting, which includes vaccinations, deworming, flea and heartworm prevention, and she has been spayed.

Training & Support

Shasha is a well-behaved girl who is both crate trained and potty trained. She sleeps soundly in her crate at night, uses it during the day, and even eats her meals in it. Her foster believes her crate is a comfort space for her. She already knows how to sit and wait patiently for food and is eager to learn more!

Shasha is located in Texas and can be transported nationwide via our rescue's USDA-certified transport system. Drop-off locations are available in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada (with pick-up options in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT).
