Meet Dragonfly! This gorgeous 1-year-old Husky mix (DNA results available!) is ready to find her forever family. She came to us with her sister, Junebug, after an unplanned litter. Dragonfly was initially quite shy, but thanks to a loving foster home, her wonderful personality has truly blossomed! She is now house-trained, well-mannered, and incredibly smart. Dragonfly is a bit timid around young children and would do best in a home with teenagers or older children, though she is making great progress every day! She walks like a dream on a leash, sticking close to her person and often heeling naturally. Plus, her adoption fee is reduced!
Ideal Home
Dragonfly gets along wonderfully with other dogs and loves to play fetch. She enjoys her own space during mealtimes. She's completely captivated by her ball – she can even throw it for herself! Lately, she's been experiencing bursts of the zoomies, which are a joy to witness. While she's curious about cats, she responds well to redirection and will leave them be when asked. She initially had some apprehension towards her foster dad but has shown incredible progress and now seeks him out for belly rubs and affection. If you're looking for a loyal companion who will cherish you, Dragonfly could be your perfect match!

Dragonfly is located in South Carolina. We provide weekly transport to the northeastern United States. Applicants not located on the East Coast should be willing to travel to pick up their new pet.
