George

Who doesn’t need a little big and goofy in their life? Meet George, a handsome 1 1/2-year-old husky/Shepherd/hound mix with a heart of gold. He’s a tall, lanky boy with big paws, suggesting he still has some growing to do! George is super sweet and loves everyone he meets. He’s a well-behaved pup who would thrive with some basic obedience training. He is incredibly food motivated, meaning treats are a great way to his heart (and attention!). George is endearingly goofy, all legs and loves to bounce and hop around. He enjoys his walks and is doing well with leash training once he settles in. He gets along wonderfully with other dogs and loves playing outside. He has no issues with cats and is doing very well with his housebreaking, though he needs a home that can provide a consistent schedule for potty breaks. George is crate trained and would not do well being left alone for extended periods.

Ongoing Health

George is neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations, heartworm tested, and microchipped. He is currently on flea, tick, and heartworm preventative.

Training & Support

George is food motivated and eager to please, making him a great candidate for basic obedience training. He is crate trained and housebroken, but needs a commitment to regular potty breaks.
