Marigold would love a family that enjoys daily walks, games of fetch, and interactive play. She is looking for a patient, active family who will appreciate both her playful spirit and her sensitive side.

Marigold is fully house-trained and crates well for up to eight hours.
Training & Support
Marigold loves to play with other dogs and enjoys energetic, slightly rough-and-tumble play. She may raise her hackles in excitement when seeing other dogs on walks, but it's simply part of her enthusiastic greeting. Because she prefers to enjoy meals and long-lasting chews on her own, she'll need to be fed separately from other dogs. She shares regular toys well but should be supervised with stuffed toys as she likes to shred them. Around strangers, she's shy and would benefit from a family willing to continue building her confidence through positive socialization.

Transporation
Marigold is currently located in Houston, Texas, but can be transported out of state to an approved adopter. Transports run every few weeks, and we will schedule your dog on the next available transport once approved. If you are not able to accept a dog until a specific time period, please apply at that time.
