Julius

Julius is a 2-year-old, medium-sized boy with a smile that melts hearts. He's a very laid-back pup who enjoys running in the backyard, rolling in the grass, and going for walks. Julius is a quick learner and is great on a leash. He's happy to sleep on the floor or share a bed with his people. He has a healthy appetite and is enthusiastic at mealtime, having quickly learned to sit and stay until released to eat. Julius is good with people, other dogs, and has learned to coexist with the cat in his foster home. While he can be a bit fearful when first meeting strangers and new dogs, he warms up quickly. He's also a great car rider, always ready for a new adventure!

Ideal Home

Julius would do best in a home with no shared walls and a backyard. He has mastered the dog door and loves the freedom it provides.

Ongoing Health

Julius is heartworm positive but will be treated by one of our vets in the Austin or San Antonio area. His treatment will be paid for by CSRA/SA.

Training & Support

Julius is newly (mostly) housetrained and is a quick learner.
