Abby Lee Miller

Say hello to Abby Lee Miller! Abby is a sweet girl who is a little timid at first but opens up quickly once she is comfortable. She is very smart and well trained, knows many commands, and is completely potty trained. Abby is a super chewer and will rip the squeaker out of a toy faster than you can believe, but she has not chewed on anything she isn't supposed to, not even her dog bed! She’s good with other dogs, but like many dogs, she is a bit protective of her food, so separating her at meal times may be best. Abby is an active dog who would make an amazing hiking buddy, and her recall is superb. She does enjoy digging, so if your manicured lawn is important to you, she may not be your girl. In her previous foster home, she had a sandbox to play in. Did we mention that she is fine with cats and horses?! Abby is about 3 years old.

Ideal Home

Abby would thrive in a home that understands her chewing habits and can provide plenty of appropriate chew toys. Due to her enjoyment of digging, she may not be the best fit for someone with a perfectly manicured lawn.

Ongoing Health

Abby is spayed, microchipped, and completely up to date on vaccines.

Training & Support

Abby is already well-trained and potty trained. She sleeps well in her crate and often uses it as a cozy nap spot. While she has a strong chewing instinct, she has not shown any destructive behavior towards household items. Separating her at meal times is recommended due to food protectiveness.
