Cameron aka Cammie

Cammie, approximately 3.5 years old, is a sweet and loving girl with a blend of German Shepherd and Lab. While she can be a bit shy with new people, she's gaining confidence quickly and becomes a devoted companion once she feels comfortable. Cammie is a smart cookie and is highly food-motivated, making her a whiz at learning basic commands. She even underwent some basic obedience training with the goal of becoming a medical service dog, but she's a little too anxious in public without a confident canine friend to guide her. Now, her main mission is to find a loving family to play, snuggle, and share life's adventures with. Cammie has a wonderfully goofy side; she loves to bury her head under blankets and will often surprise you by popping out with the blanket still on her head. You might also catch her in a classic play-bow pose, with her rear end in the air, hoping for a good scratch!

Ideal Home

Cammie would love to have a friendly, playful doggy sibling to romp with, as she gets along well with most other dogs. She'd also do well with a dog-savvy cat. She would be a great fit for a home with older children, but younger children are not recommended.

Ongoing Health

Cammie is up-to-date on her vaccines, spayed, microchipped, and on heartworm and flea prevention. She weighs about 50 lbs.

Training & Support

Cammie is housebroken, crate trained, and walks decently on a leash.
