Delaney Dawn PC

Meet Delaney Dawn! This platinum blonde beauty is about 1.5 years old and is a Blackmouth Cur mix. She came to us in rough shape, with missing fur and skin issues due to severe neglect. Thankfully, with good food and care, her fur has grown back and her bones are no longer protruding. Despite her past, Delaney Dawn's heart is full of love and she's excellent at making friends with children and other dogs.

Ideal Home

Delaney Dawn would thrive in a home with children and other dogs. However, she has a "NO CATS ALLOWED" policy. She also loves to snuggle, so a home where she can share the people bed for naps and sleep would be purr-fect!

Ongoing Health

Delaney Dawn tested positive for heartworm due to previous neglect. She is currently undergoing treatment with medication.

Training & Support

Delaney Dawn is mostly potty trained when let out on a regular schedule. She is crate trained, but her ultimate goal is to sleep in the people bed! Consistent potty breaks and continued positive reinforcement will help her master her house training.
