Luka

Luka is a 70-pound male Great Pyrenees mix with a gentle heart, a friendly personality, and so much love to give. This handsome boy absolutely loves people and never turns down a chance for pets and affection. If you're looking for a loyal companion who enjoys being by your side, Luka is your guy. Whether he's leaning in for scratches or soaking up belly rubs, he's happiest when he's spending time with his humans. Luka also has a playful side. He loves going for walks, chasing toys around the yard, running through the grass, and one of his favorite activities of all—rolling around in the grass with the biggest smile on his face. And of course, no day is complete without a few tasty treats!

Ideal Home

Luka would love a family to love, a yard to stretch his legs, plenty of pets, and someone to share life's adventures with. Given his friendly, easygoing personality, we think he'd likely do well with respectful children.

Training & Support

Luka is potty trained, crate trained, and leash trained. He does well with other dogs, but he's not especially interested in roughhousing or constant play. He is not used to children or cats but is believed to do well with respectful children and is happy to do a cat test if needed. He does not chase local wildlife.

Luka is located in Texas but can be adopted locally or out of state. We coordinate safe transport and offer video meet-and-greets to ensure it's the perfect fit.
