Dodger is a 6-year-old, 60-pound mixed breed who appears to have some Pointer influence according to a breed scan. He loves people, enjoys playtime, and truly thrives when he’s included in everyday life. Despite his size, Dodger is a well-mannered house dog who settles in nicely once he’s had time to play and spend time with his people. His foster describes him as a loyal “shadow” companion who happily follows his family from room to room before curling up nearby when the day winds down. Dodger enjoys activity and being part of family routines. He does well with children and has been friendly with other dogs, making him a wonderful match for a family looking for a playful but devoted companion. He is both potty trained and crate trained, so he’s already well prepared for home life. Dodger has been patiently waiting far too long for a family to call his own. His adoption fee has been sponsored for an approved adopter, and we would love nothing more than to see this loyal boy finally land in the home he deserves.
