About Honey

Meet Honey - Equal Parts Goofball and Cuddle Bug

Honey is a beautiful 5-month-old puppy weighing approximately 23 pounds, with a stunning red coat, a heart full of love, and a personality that will keep you smiling every day. This sweet girl is always ready for an adventure and always eager to share affection with her favorite people. Like any growing puppy, Honey enjoys an active lifestyle. She loves long walks, running around the park, playing with her toys, and romping with her brother. After getting her energy out, she settles down nicely and enjoys relaxing with her family before gearing up for another evening walk and play session. Honey is fearless, curious, and incredibly inquisitive. She loves exploring her surroundings and discovering new things. Her playful and silly personality shines through in everything she does, making her a joy to be around. Honey gets along wonderfully with dogs of all sizes, cats, and children. She has a gentle nature and doesn't have a mean bone in her body. Whether she's making new friends or cuddling up beside you, Honey's loving spirit makes everyone feel special.

Ideal Home

An active family committed to providing daily walks, playtime, and plenty of love. While she would love to be adopted with her brother, she can also thrive in a home that will continue helping her grow into the amazing dog she's destined to become.

Ongoing Health

Spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and on prevention.

Training & Support

Potty trained and crate trained. She responds well to positive reinforcement and is food and treat motivated. Like most puppies, Honey is still learning her manners and will benefit from continued guidance as she grows. She's working on things like not jumping up and understanding which items are appropriate chew toys. One unique thing about Honey is that she's not a big eater and sometimes needs a little encouragement at mealtime. Holding her bowl and offering reassurance helps her focus on eating. At night, Honey settles into her crate immediately and sleeps quietly through the night. She is crate trained and currently crates for short downtime during the day as well as overnight.
