Rowan is a one-of-a-kind little guy with plenty of personality packed into his small frame. This sweet Shih Tzu mix is a bit quirky, a little obsessive, and completely unforgettable. Once he decides you're his person, he's all in. He loves being close, enjoys spending time with people, and is perfectly happy to hang out by your side while you go about your day. If you need someone to listen without interrupting, Rowan has that job covered. Like many dogs with big personalities, Rowan appreciates a predictable routine and a home that understands his unique quirks.

Rowan is looking for an adult-only home where he can relax and be himself. He enjoys attention and affection, but he's happiest with people who respect his boundaries and let him settle in at his own pace.

Ongoing Health

Rowan is neutered and vaccinated. He is fairly cooperative for grooming and tolerates brushing and trims reasonably well. His one firm opinion? Absolutely no blow dryers. He would much rather skip the noisy spa treatment and let nature do the drying instead.
