Mabel is a 2.5-year-old, 64-pound Pit Bull mix who is spayed and vaccinated. She was found abandoned outside a fitness studio, but despite her rough start, she's as sweet as pie and loves people. Mabel's favorite activities include snuggling, giving kisses, going for car rides, and receiving plenty of attention. She's a happy, outgoing dog who loves visitors and is particularly gentle and patient with children, including those with autism. Mabel enjoys playing with other medium to large dogs and is working on her leash manners, often pulling to greet other dogs on walks. She would likely do well with a playful, tolerant dog or as the only pet in the home. A home without cats would be ideal for Mabel. She doesn't exhibit destructive behavior when left unsupervised and prefers to sleep cuddled with her people rather than in a crate. Mabel may need a little extra patience and support during vet visits.
Ideal Home
An ideal home for Mabel would be filled with love, cuddles, comfy couches, and people who appreciate a loyal, affectionate, and goofy dog with a huge heart.
Ongoing Health
