Zoey is a sweet 6-year-old Pointer mix with a gentle soul. She was surrendered when her family could no longer care for her, and she's patiently waiting for a loving home to call her own. Zoey can be a little shy at first and likes to take her time getting comfortable. Once she warms up, she'll happily solicit pets and is always aware of her surroundings. While she enjoys exploring the yard, Zoey absolutely loves walks and has excellent leash manners! She's also friendly with dogs and cats, though slow introductions are best for her. Her previous owner mentioned she was a great car rider and settled in wherever her family was. At around 40 pounds, Zoey is the perfect size for a family seeking an active companion who also knows how to relax calmly.
