Sugar Reed is a playful, sweet, curious, and cuddly 5-month-old puppy who weighs approximately 20 pounds. We believe she might be a Labrador Retriever/Pit Bull mix, but in rescue, it's always a guess! What's not a guess is that she's absolutely adorable and desperately needs a loving home. She loves to play with her siblings and take lots of naps – the classic puppy life of eat, sleep, play, repeat! We're committed to providing you with personality and behavioral insights to help ensure Sugar Reed is the perfect fit for your family. You can even schedule a FaceTime call to meet her before completing the adoption process.
Ideal Home
Sugar Reed is still very young and will need a family that can commit to her training, socialization, and the overall dedication puppyhood requires. It's crucial to implement routine, structure, and set boundaries from the start, as she's discovering new things daily that will shape her personality.
Ongoing Health
All vetting is up-to-date, and she will be spayed, microchipped, and receive necessary vaccinations and preventative care before adoption.
Training & Support
We require a commitment from adoptive families to crate train Sugar Reed immediately upon arrival to aid in potty training, energy management, and her development into a well-rounded adult dog. Our team assesses all animals with trainers on staff, modifies behavior as needed, and creates individualized plans to prepare them for their future families. Foster families also participate in group training and socialization playgroups.
