Meet Wolverine! He's a brave, independent, and secretly cuddly Scruffy Tough-Guy Mix, born on 5/27/26. Just like his comic book namesake, Wolverine is small, tough, and packed with personality! This adorable puppy may not have adamantium claws, but he does have a superhero-level talent for stealing hearts. Wolverine is the perfect mix of playful energy and loyal companionship. When everyone else is doing zoomies, he remains calm and collected. While he can be a little cautious with new people, once he trusts you, he'll become your most devoted companion. Expect a loyal shadow who follows you everywhere while pretending he's "just going that way, too." He has a wishbone mark on his neck.
Ideal Home
Wolverine would thrive in a home with people who understand that trust takes time, and families that have patience when introducing new adventures. He needs a home with plenty of toys, exercise, and affection, and people willing to continue his training and socialization.
Ongoing Health
All dogs in our care are kept up-to-date on HW/Flea Prevention. The adoption fee for adult dogs covers age-appropriate vaccinations, microchip, spay/neuter if not yet performed, heartworm test & appropriate heartworm treatment by the rescue's vet.
Training & Support
Wolverine is described as cool and collected, extremely loyal, and surprisingly affectionate when nobody's looking. He may be a little cautious with new people, but once he trusts you, he'll become your most devoted companion.
