Penny Bun Mushroom is an approximately seven-month-old pup with a heart full of sunshine and a love for stuffed animals. We suspect she's a mix of Pit Bull and German Shepherd, but no matter her breed, she's definitely made of sugar and happiness. This sweet girl is affectionate from the start, loves people, and is already a pro at checking in with her handler on walks. She trots beside you like a seasoned pro, offering soft eye contact that makes you dream of matching holiday pajamas. Her favorite pastime? Cuddling with her emotional support plushies, which she carries everywhere with pride, wiggling her whole body with joy.
Penny Bun is a social butterfly with other dogs, showing respect and adaptability. She can be submissive, enjoys polite greetings, and handles group play beautifully. She also met a cat with gentle curiosity and calm coexistence. Children are no problem for this sweet pup, as she's affectionate and enjoys being close to her people. With her medium energy and calm indoor demeanor, she might even do well in an apartment with enough enrichment. She’s playful without being overwhelming, cuddly without being clingy, and social without being chaotic – truly a perfectly balanced puppy.

Penny Bun shows surprisingly lovely leash manners for her age and is described as being attentive and easygoing. She has excellent recovery skills with other dogs and was respectful and gentle when meeting a cat and children. Her fosters provide training and socialization to prepare her for her forever home.

There is an $87 surcharge due to rising transportation costs. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
