She's a gentle soul who has overcome some tough times, having been abandoned with a large group of other dogs. Marcella is initially shy and will need a patient adopter to help her feel secure. Once she trusts you, she reveals her sweet, gentle, and even playful nature. She's submissive with other dogs and would love a canine companion to help show her the ropes in a new home.

Marcella would thrive in a quiet home environment where she can feel safe and relaxed. A confident, friendly resident dog would be a wonderful mentor for her. She'd do best with children who are past the "screaming and running everywhere" stage. She's also great with cats! A fenced yard is a must for Marcella's comfort and safety.
