Meet Evie, a sweet 2-year-old Pyr who is ready to find her forever home! Evie is a bit of a nervous nellie and is looking for a patient and understanding adopter to help her decompress and show her true, wonderful colors. She's a gentle soul who seems a little unsure of the world, but with time and space, we're confident she'll blossom.

Ideal Home

Evie would thrive in a home that can give her the time she needs to adjust. She'd love a confident and chill doggy sibling to help her gain confidence and come out of her shell. While she's okay with cats, she would not do well with young children due to their sometimes loud and active nature. Older children who can be respectful of her need for trust would be fine. A fenced yard is a must for Evie, as she feels most secure there. She walks well on a leash, but a fenced yard will give her the freedom to explore safely.

Evie appears to be housetrained. Her adopters should be prepared to offer patience and understanding as she navigates her new environment and builds trust.
