Vallen

Vallen is a stunning 2-year-old black German Shepherd with a heart as big as her beautiful ears. She’s great with other dogs of all sizes (after a proper introduction) and really blossoms when she has a canine friend by her side. Because she’s shy with people, she leans on other dogs to show her that humans can be safe and kind. This brave girl spent her first year of life surviving off the land and the kindness of strangers before being safely trapped. Now she’s learning what it means to have a home. She already uses a doggie door like a pro and loves lounging outside when the weather is nice.

Ideal Home

Vallen will need a patient, gentle adopter. Having another friendly dog in the home will be essential to her success.

Ongoing Health

Vallen is spayed and up to date on vaccinations.

Training & Support

Vallen will need an adopter willing to help her learn leash manners and continue building her confidence. With time, kindness, and consistency, Vallen will show you just how loyal and loving a German Shepherd can be.
