Johnny - FOSTER OR ADOPT ME!!

Johnny is a sweet, playful Boxer mix pup, approximately 16 weeks old and weighing 18-23 lbs. He's been vet-checked, is very healthy, and well-socialized. Johnny loves people and affection and enjoys being close to his people. He's learning to manage his excitement when greeting new people and is working on his playtime manners, as he can sometimes get a little too close for comfort with other pups. He is crate and potty trained and thrives when he has plenty of mental and physical stimulation.

Ideal Home

Johnny would do well in a home with kids who are big enough not to be knocked over by his playful excitement. He loves other dogs and could potentially live with cats with patience and training. He would love a home that can provide him with the exercise and mental stimulation a young dog needs.

Ongoing Health

Johnny is neutered, microchipped, up-to-date on vaccines, and has been on monthly preventatives.

Training & Support

Johnny is working on his impulse control and focus, and while he generally complies with verbal corrections, he can sometimes have trouble listening when he's excited. He is crate and potty trained but may have an accident if left in his crate for too long, though he has improved significantly with this. He is learning appropriate manners for playtime and greeting new people.
