About Piper

Meet Piper!

Piper is a spayed female Lab mix puppy with an estimated date of birth of 2/22/26. This happy-go-lucky girl came to Proverbs after being given away on Facebook, and she is now searching for the forever family she deserves. Piper is the perfect combination of playful adventurer and cuddle buddy. She loves having fun, exploring, and enjoying life’s little adventures, but when the day is done, she’s just as happy curling up on the couch for some snuggles. Her foster describes her as incredibly fun, affectionate, and full of personality.

Ideal Home

Piper is a sweet, social pup who is ready to leave her past behind and start her next chapter with a family of her own. If you’re looking for a young dog who can keep up with your adventures and then relax beside you at the end of the day, Piper may be your perfect match!

Ongoing Health

Piper is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and dewormed. She is maintained on monthly preventatives.

Training & Support

Piper is crate trained and housetrained, making her an easy addition to many households. While she currently lives with a cat and has shown little interest, a previous foster reported that she was overly interested in their cat, so any introductions to feline friends should be done thoughtfully and with supervision. Her previous foster also noted that she had a history of trying to escape the yard, but Piper has not shown any attempts to climb or jump the fence in her current foster home.
