Sadie

My name is Sadie! I'm a gorgeous German Shepherd mix, about 2.5 years old, and I weigh 46 lbs. I was found as a stray in Hollywood Park, Texas, and it was clear I had recently had puppies. Thankfully, kind people rescued me and made sure I was safe and healthy, and now I'm ready for my forever home! I've been staying at the City Hall, where I've made lots of friends and learned some new tricks like sit, down, and fetch. I love to play with toys, especially fetch, and my tail is always wagging! I'm a very friendly and social girl who loves everyone, including kids and other dogs. I enjoy snuggles and will happily roll over for a belly rub. I'm also a well-behaved pup – I'm housebroken, I only bark to let you know something's up, and I'm happy to share my toys and food. Walks and car rides are my jam, and I'm comfortable in a crate for naps or when you're out. I dream of having a family of my own, so please make my rescue dreams come true and adopt me!

Training & Support

I know basic commands like sit, down, and fetch. I am housebroken and only bark to alert. I do not guard my food or toys.

Transporation

I am currently in CT. We adopt in many different states along the East Coast and transport costs are included in the adoption fee. If you are located outside the states we typically adopt to, we have options to get the dog of your dreams to your location.
