WOOF! I'M ROCCO! I'm a happy, playful 2-year-old Border Collie-Flat-Coat mix who weighs 59 lbs. I was rescued from a crowded California shelter and then adopted, but sadly returned quickly due to allergies. Now, I'm ready for a foster or forever home! I've done great with other dogs and love to play with them and hang out with humans.
