Meet Henry, our handsome Shepherd/Carolina mix who is ready to find his soulmate family!

Henry's journey with us began with a scare. He found himself on the city shelter’s euthanasia list through no fault of his own—he was simply scared, and the shelter was out of space. Thankfully, he was rescued and has since shown us that he's not just a survivor, but a total joy! At 7.5 years young, Henry has a vibrant energy that can rival any puppy. He's the ultimate "medium energy" companion: always up for a fun walk, but just as happy to curl up indoors for a long nap.

Ideal Home

Henry would thrive in a home where he can be the center of attention. A retired individual or someone working remotely would be his dream come true! While a yard is a plus, he does wonderfully on walks and would be happy in any home that offers him love and consistency. Henry is dog-friendly and could live with or without another pup.

Ongoing Health

Training & Support

Henry has recently completed an elite board and train program, where he learned many new commands and is now walking and listening like a pro. He is responsive to training and excited about this structure. Training sessions with the institute are included with his adoption! He transitions in and out of his crate with ease.
