Hi there! My name is Bongo, and I'm a happy, active, and fun-loving 1-2 year old male red heeler mix. If you're dreaming of an adventure buddy, look no further – I'm your pup! I absolutely love to hike and run, and I enjoy staying close to my person, always wanting to know where you are. With just a little bit of training, I'm sure I'll be a fantastic off-leash companion. My enthusiasm and love for my person shine through, and I'll always be the first to greet you with enthusiastic kisses and hugs.

Ideal Home

I'd do best in a home with older, dog-savvy children (over 8 years old). My exuberance means I might be a bit much for very young children.

Ongoing Health

I'm neutered and up-to-date on all my vaccinations.

Training & Support

I'm house-trained and crate-trained, and I'm learning to walk without pulling too much on the leash. I'm eager to please and will thrive with continued positive reinforcement.
