Meet Abby! This sweet and gentle 4-year-old Staffordshire Terrier/American Bully mix, weighing in at 64lbs, is as lovely as her name suggests. She's spayed, fully vaccinated, and up-to-date on all preventatives, making her ready for her happily ever after. Abby has a calm demeanor with a playful spirit. She enjoys the company of other dogs, showing a wonderful ability to read their body language and greet them with a happy wag. While she can be a tad bit jealous at times, she's generally easygoing and would be content as an only dog or with a compatible canine friend. She has moments of irresistible "zoomies" that remind everyone of her fun-loving side!
Ideal Home
Abby would do well in a variety of homes and is happy as an only dog or with another well-matched canine companion. Due to limited history with cats or young children, we recommend a home with older, dog-savvy children (10+).
Ongoing Health
Abby is spayed, fully vaccinated, and up-to-date on monthly preventatives. Thunderstorms can be a bit scary for her, and she will seek a quiet, safe space until they pass.
Training & Support
Abby is fully potty trained, crate trained, and happily settles into her crate when left alone. She has not shown any signs of resource guarding or food aggression. She enjoys leisurely walks and handles stairs well. While she rides nicely in the car, it's not her favorite activity.

Transporation
Abby is currently located with her foster family. Transports run every few weeks and she will be placed on the next available transport once approved. If you are not able to accept a dog until a specific time period, please apply at that time.
