Meet Biscotti!

Biscotti is a 6-month-old Labrador mix who has shown incredible resilience. After undergoing an amputation due to a gunshot wound to his back left leg, Biscotti has fully recovered and is now a happy, playful tripod pup! He currently weighs 35 pounds and is expected to reach around 50 pounds as an adult. Biscotti has plenty of puppy energy and enjoys playing with his canine friends, but he also knows how to relax and cuddle. He is comfortable spending the workday at home and will benefit from daily exercise, walks, and enrichment to help him grow into a well-rounded adult. He is thought to do well with children and cats. Don't let his missing leg fool you – Biscotti is agile and keeps up with all the puppy fun without missing a beat! He loves toys, cozy beds, and lots of affection. He is crate trained and settles well in his crate. While he is not fully house-trained, he is making great progress. He may occasionally submissive pee when unsure, so a patient family to help build his confidence will be beneficial. Biscotti's calm and sweet nature makes him a wonderful companion, full of love and with a heart of gold.

Training & Support

Biscotti is crate trained and settles nicely in his crate. He is not fully house-trained but is making significant progress. He may occasionally submissive pee in new situations or when he's feeling unsure, so he will benefit from a patient family that will continue building his confidence.
