Nala

Nala came to us as a stray, and while we were told a story, we quickly realized she and her companion, Simba, were not being looked for. She was quite underweight and had some skin issues, and was understandably terrified of us. With consistent care, extra meals, and plenty of TLC, Nala has truly blossomed into a wonderful girl. She's estimated to be around 7 years old, with the first hints of gray appearing on her muzzle. She's a petite lady who walks nicely on a leash and knows several basic commands. Nala is very food-motivated, and we're just starting to see her silly and playful side emerge. She has such a forgiving heart and is learning that not all humans are bad. She's ready to continue healing and find a forever home with a loving family who will give her a chance to show them the special girl we know she is. With a little patience, we're confident you'll see it too!

Ongoing Health

Nala has some initial grays on her muzzle, indicating her senior status. She has been spayed and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Nala is food motivated and knows several basic commands. She is learning that not all humans are bad and needs a patient family to continue building her confidence.
