Ronnie

Ronnie is a 5-year-old mixed-breed sweetheart who's already overcome more than most dogs ever should. He was picked up as a stray and came dangerously close to not making it out of the municipal shelter. Thankfully, a dedicated rescue network stepped in, and he was welcomed into rescue. After being saved, Ronnie spent several weeks in a foster home with a professional trainer. Thanks to that great start, he's crate trained, potty trained, and has learned some basic manners. Ronnie is a laid-back, easygoing guy who simply wants a forever person to love and to love him right back. His favorite things include playing fetch, getting belly rubs, and staying close to his people. He's happiest when he's spending time with the humans he trusts.

Training & Support

Ronnie is crate trained, potty trained, and has learned some basic manners. He's still learning about walks and seems to have had limited experience with regular walks before coming into rescue, so he's still figuring out the rhythm and routine. With a little patience and consistency, he's sure to gain confidence.
