Rascal is a sweet 16-pound boy whose story is heartbreaking. A month ago, he and his best friend were dumped together and left to survive on their own. When we found out, we went immediately, but the night before we were able to trap them, his friend sadly passed away. Rascal was terrified and didn't know who to trust. But now that he knows he's safe, his sweet personality is shining through. He's such a loving boy who just wants kindness and a chance at a better life. Rascal has already lost so much, and we would love for the next chapter of his life to finally be filled with love, comfort, and safety.
