Beans is a beautiful 4-year-old Shepherd/Carolina Dog mix who weighs 74 lbs. She was saved from a local shelter's euthanasia list due to overcrowding. Despite her past, Beans remains a loving, gentle, and spirited girl. She's dog-friendly and has shown great behavior around other dogs in both shelter and foster environments. Beans is very affectionate once she feels safe, though she can be initially shy and nervous around men. With patience and kindness, she blossoms into a trusting companion. She thrives on attention, companionship, and being close to her people. Beans would do best in a patient and understanding home that will give her the time and space to decompress and build confidence. She has a gentle soul and deserves a family ready to offer her the love and stability she's been missing.
