Meet Piper, a 2-year-old Cane Corso/Boxer mix who is pure squishy-faced perfection and an absolute lovebug! From the moment you meet her, Piper is ready to shower you with affection, leaning into hugs and nudging for pets with an infectious enthusiasm. Her adorable underbite makes her look like she's perpetually thrilled to be alive, and she's the type of dog who assumes you're already best friends. Piper thrives on attention and ear scratches, making her a joy to be around.
Ideal Home
Piper would love a yard for epic zoomie sessions, but she can also adapt to apartment living if her people are active and committed to daily walks, outings, and adventures. She is not a good fit for homes with cats. While Piper is incredibly gentle and sweet with children, she can give enthusiastic "hugs" when excited, so a kid test will be conducted to ensure a successful match.
Ongoing Health
Piper is up-to-date on all vetting, which includes DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, and a 12-month injectable heartworm preventative. She has also been tested for heartworms.
Training & Support
Piper is smart and eager to please, though she's currently more interested in the world around her than perfecting her leash skills. With an active owner who can guide her, she's very trainable. She's also socialized with other dogs and enjoys rough-and-rowdy play.

Transporation
Piper is located in Texas and can be transported nationwide using our rescue's USDA-certified transport system. Drop-off locations are available in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada (pick-up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). A surcharge of $87 applies for transport.
