Duncan

Duncan is a sweet and playful boy who is approximately 1 year old and weighs 19 lbs. He is a mix of several breeds, with a lot of Chihuahua in him! Duncan gets along well with other dogs, loves his squeaky toys, and enjoys receiving lots of petting and attention. He is generally quiet, well-behaved, and seems to be pretty well house-trained. He also does pretty well on a leash but would benefit from a little more training.

Ideal Home

We do not adopt to anyone with children under the age of 8 years.

Ongoing Health

Duncan tested positive for heartworms when he was rescued. He has been treated according to The American Heartworm Society's protocols and typically tests negative within 4 to 6 months.

Training & Support

Duncan is pretty well house-trained and does well on a leash, but could use a little more training to help him perfect these skills.
