Molly is a sweet, 50 lb, 2.5-year-old Boxer mix who can be a little timid at first but quickly warms up to become an affectionate and loving wiggle-butt. She and her friend Ellie arrived as strays, but their former owner reclaimed them, leaving their background a mystery. Molly is a clean girl who is likely housebroken and gets along well with other dogs. She dreams of a cozy home where she can snuggle with her new family.

Molly's adoption fee includes heartworm testing, parvo/distemper and rabies vaccines, Bordetella vaccine, a 3-day de-wormer treatment, spay surgery, and a microchip.

• The adoption fee is $152, which includes all vetting mentioned. Payment can be made by cash, check, or credit/debit card (with a 2.39% convenience fee).
• Two checks are required if paying by check: one for the dog license and one for the adoption fee.
• Foster-to-adopt is available and highly recommended to ensure a good fit before finalizing the adoption.
• All dogs are spayed or neutered unless medically prohibited.
• Adoptions are done in person at the shelter to complete necessary paperwork and sign a contract.
• If a dog has medical needs, adopters are asked to assist with medical bills if possible.
• All dogs should be considered urgent due to the nature of a county-run shelter.
