Skittles

Meet Skittles! This sweet and happy girl is about 8 months old and currently weighs 42 lbs. She might have some heeler in her mix. Skittles was found as a stray and is now thriving in her foster home. She's a bundle of energy who loves to run and play, but also enjoys cuddles. She's a big fan of ice cubes, especially on a warm day!

Ideal Home

Skittles is looking for an active family who can keep up with her energy. She would do well in a home with other playful dogs and/or children over the age of 10. Because she is strong and can be a bit of a jumper, apartments are not a good fit for her.

Ongoing Health

Skittles is a healthy pup with no known health issues.

Training & Support

Skittles is doing great with her house training and crate training. She's still working on her leash walking skills, as she can pull quite a bit. She's also learning commands like "sit" and "lay down" and is showing great improvement! She loves treats and is very motivated to learn.

Transportation

Skittles is currently out of state but will be transported to Massachusetts shortly with no additional travel costs. She will be available for adoption in N Dartmouth on July 17th.
