Between his squishy bulldog face, his adorable waddle, and his proud carrying of stuffed toys, Siggy is guaranteed to bring smiles and laughter into your home. He's a sweet, happy, and affectionate boy with an easygoing personality that makes him a delight to be around. He enjoys his people, is happy doing his own thing, and is always up for pets and cuddles. Siggy has been great with children as young as 7, readily leaning in for affection and relaxing beside them. One of his most endearing quirks is his love for stuffed toys, which he carries around like precious babies. He entertains himself with toys, shares them readily, and doesn't mind if other dogs take one. Siggy is treat-motivated, knows how to sit, and is eager to learn. He's also crate-trained and has wonderful house manners.
Ideal Home
Siggy prefers a relaxed pace of life and doesn't need long hikes or intense exercise. Due to his breed, he can overheat quickly, so shorter walks are best, especially in warmer weather. He could do well in an apartment if his family is mindful of hot weather, doesn't have too many stairs, and provides regular opportunities for him to stretch his legs. He would likely do well with a calm female dog that appreciates a slower introduction, though he would also be very happy as the sole canine companion. His initial introduction to a cat was very encouraging, showing little interest.
