Kent is a 3-year-old, 75-pound Great Pyrenees mix who is ready to claim a permanent spot on your couch and in your heart. He's the perfect size – substantial but still aware of his feet! Kent is a wonderful boy who cherishes the comforts of home and the company of his people. He doesn't do well when left alone for extended periods, so he's searching for a homebody who is home more often than not. If you work from home, are retired, or simply enjoy spending time around the house, Kent believes you're an excellent candidate for his best friend.
Ideal Home
Kent would prefer to be the only dog in the household, where he can soak up all the love and attention without competition. He's fine with cats, having lived with them before, as long as they respect his prized possessions like stuffed toys and chew bones. He would also do well in a home with children over 10 years old. A securely fenced yard is a must, allowing Kent to stretch his legs, patrol his domain, and enjoy the outdoors. He is not a fan of crates and finds them unnecessary. Loud noises, especially fireworks, are a definite no-go for Kent; he believes they should be outlawed!

Training & Support
Kent lives for his toys! Squeaky toys and chew bones are essential to his happiness. He would love a home that understands the importance of a well-stocked toy basket and regular opportunities for "de-stuffing" his toys. If you are someone who is home more often than not and doesn't mind sharing your living space with a toy-obsessed Great Pyrenees who takes togetherness seriously, Kent might just be your perfect match.
