Trout

Trout is an incredibly adorable 10-week-old Australian Shepherd/Bassett Hound mix. He has tiny stubby legs, a chunky fluffy body, and is even cuter in person! Trout is a total sweetie pie who wants to be with you all the time. He is confident, adventurous, and will follow you anywhere – he definitely has that 'shadow dog' personality. He is great with other dogs, cats, and kids.

Trout would thrive in a home where he can be your constant companion and explore with you.

Ongoing Health

Trout will come to you spayed/neutered, microchipped, up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations, and up to date on preventatives. Additionally, you will receive a FREE GPS Tracker from Fi + a 6-month subscription to their service. All pets receive an additional exam and health certificate issued by a state-licensed veterinarian prior to travel and will be bathed prior to adoption.

Transporation

Trout is currently located in Lucedale, MS at our shelter. He is available for transport to a designated pickup location, with transports generally running every two weeks. You can also choose to pick him up in person at our shelter at no additional cost. If you opt for our semi-private transport, there is an additional fee of $185.
