Shaggy

Meet Shaggy! This sweet, medium-sized boy came to us after experiencing a sudden loss. Understandably, Shaggy is a bit cautious right now as he learns to trust again, but he's a playful pup who is trying his best. He has a wonderfully thick coat and needs a cooler environment, so Mexico is simply too warm for him.

Ideal Home

Shaggy needs a calm and loving home where he can feel safe and begin to heal from his big loss.

Shaggy is neutered.

Training & Support

Shaggy is working on rebuilding his trust and would benefit from a patient adopter who can show him he is safe.

• Approved adopters are matched with flight companions (flight angels) traveling from Puerto Vallarta.

Transporation

Our rescue is located near Bucerias, Mexico. We facilitate adoptions to the US and Canada. Approved adopters will meet their new pup at the airport. During the summer months, if a Canadian flight angel isn't available, dogs may fly into the US and be picked up at Peace Arch Park at the border.
