Meet Eclair, a delightful 2-3 year-old German Shepherd/Husky mix who, despite her petite 37-pound frame, possesses a heart bursting with love! Saved from a euthanasia list, Eclair was given a second chance at life and is now dreaming of the forever family she truly deserves. Once she learns to trust, Eclair transforms into an incredibly affectionate companion, showering her people with hugs, snuggles, and sweet morning cuddles. She walks beautifully on a leash, tolerates baths and nail trims like a champ, and is happiest simply being by your side, whether you're working from home or relaxing. Eclair is a bright spark, highly intelligent, and wonderfully motivated by food, making training a joy. She's been working with a professional trainer weekly, showing fantastic progress in focusing on her handler and loving having a job to do. She's already crate-trained and often chooses her crate for naps.

Training & Support

Eclair can become overly excited during play with other dogs and may nip. She can also be reactive on walks. She has made great progress with positive management techniques, and her adopter will be committed to continuing her training to build her confidence. Her adopter will also receive her handmade settle mat to aid in her continued success.
