Zeus McGoose is a handsome 2-year-old, 28 lb charmer who looks like he stepped right out of a storybook, with his golden-red locks, adorable freckles, expressive forehead wrinkles, and of course, those magnificent ears! He's a sweet, fun, and easygoing companion who loves to be part of the action without being overwhelming. Zeus enjoys his toys, especially squeaky ones, and can often be found lounging in the sunshine or keeping his favorite toys close. He's a smart cookie, already knows how to sit, takes treats gently, and is eager to please, making him a joy to train. Zeus is crate trained and doing very well with potty training, with very few accidents in the house.
Ideal Home
Zeus would be happiest in a home with a backyard where he can play with his toys, zoom around, and enjoy sunbathing. While he hasn't been tested with children, he has great potential as a family dog for a family with older kids who would love a goofy, toy-loving companion.
Ongoing Health
Zeus is up-to-date on all vetting, including DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, flea prevention, and a 12-month injectable heartworm preventative. He has also been heartworm tested and treated if needed.
Training & Support
Zeus is crate trained and has a solid foundation in potty training. He is described as eager to please and enjoys learning new things.

Zeus is currently fostered in Texas and can be transported nationwide. This includes drop-off locations in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada (pick-up options in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters).
