About Peanut and Butter - Bonded Pair

Peanut and Butter are an active, cuddly, bonded pair who love attention and following you around. They can also settle down for naps on their own, especially in cozy, sunny spots. They enjoy playtime, zooming around and wrestling with each other, always with wagging tails. They both love being petted from head to toe, including their bellies.

They walk well on a leash with minimal pulling and are friendly with other dogs and give cats space. They are good watchdogs, barking to alert you, which can make you feel safe. They are reliably potty-trained with very rare accidents and dislike being out in the rain. They do great at dog parks and have also been well-behaved at restaurants.

Peanut is a bit more timid and enjoys curling up at your feet. He likes to play tug-of-war but doesn't quite grasp the concept of returning the toy in fetch. He also enjoys grooming his companions.

Butter likes to be as close as possible, especially face-to-face. He loves to play fetch, chase you, and fall asleep on your lap. Butter is very attuned to emotions and will rush to comfort you if you're upset. He also enjoys hugs and can be enthusiastic about getting attention.

Ideal Home

A loving, affectionate home with plenty of indoor and outdoor space is ideal for Peanut and Butter. They must be adopted together.

Ongoing Health

Both dogs are spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and negative for heartworm. They are on monthly prevention for heartworm and fleas/ticks.

Training & Support

Peanut and Butter are well-trained with potty breaks and rare accidents. They are socialized with other dogs and cats. Butter can be enthusiastic and jump up for attention, which may require continued guidance.
