Meet Scout! Scout is a 45 lb. German Shepherd Dog mix with an estimated birthday of April 13, 2025. He's a little shy at first, but once he warms up, his love is unconditional! Scout loves to romp and play with his foster siblings, both two-legged and four-legged. When it's time to relax, he's a champion cuddler on the couch. Scout was rescued from a local city shelter where he was facing euthanasia due to overcrowding, despite being a happy and healthy puppy. Now, he's eagerly awaiting his chance to find his forever family!

Scout is located in Houston, TX. Transport is available out of state to your state or a neighboring state. Transportation services operate weekly to Eastern states and bi-weekly or monthly to Western states. Ground transports use third-party vehicles converted for dog transport. Adopters can track the van using the Life360 app and receive updates, or through Facebook chats.
